There are no credit card fees when using an American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card.

To pay by check or money order you can do the following:

• Mail to PO Box 719, Lynchburg, VA 24505

• Drop it in the drop box outside of City Hall (900 Church St.) on 10th St. next to the Bill Paying Kiosk
